ISIS plans its own currency

Islamic State proposes its own currency in a bid to rid itself of US imperialism

           The news making the rounds now about the Islamic State (ISIS) is the group’s plan to establish its own currency. The Islamic State which has terrorized and even controls much of Iraq and are fighting for control of Syria, is presently the richest terrorist organization in the world with a net worth of about $3bn dollars. The ISIS leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi who debuted on the Forbes list of World’s powerful people was rumoured to be dead or injured following a US coalition but recently rubbished the claims by releasing an audio clip calling on his supporters to ‘light earth with fire’ and also hinted that the Islamic Caliphate will make its own currency.

       

     ISIS is planning to mint its own currency in gold, silver and copper: two gold, three silver and two copper.
The extra-radical sect says it aims to stay away from the “tyrant’s financial system,” apparently referring to the United States which it condemned as ‘satanic’. The group also said another statement will be out soon to explain the new currency’s exchange rate, and where it can be found.
     

   
       Why I think the world should be concerned is that this a terrorist sect that is so wealthy and brutal and has so far succeeded in establishing an ‘Islamic Caliphate’ right under the eyes of World powers like the US who are facing a very rough time combating them. Their so called ‘Islamic State’ has a ‘Caliph’ who is the leader, a flag, a large territorial area it controls and a formidable army to go along with. Imposing its own currency is surely a step further to cement its forceful statehood.
The world can not afford to look and watch this ‘greatest evil of our century’ continue without being strongly checked. This is not only a US fight, or a fight for Iraq or the Kurds alone, it is a World’s fight. A fight for sanity, humanity and the dignity of the human life in our generation. A fight for religious tolerance, unity and respect for the fact that before any of our differences, we are first human. A fight against terrorism, oppression and brutality and a fight for human rights.
      So, I call on all responsible governments with the capability, including the Russian Federation, irrespective of any political differences, to actively participate in the US led coalition do defeat this monstrous group before they ‘light the earth with fire’.
